This distro rocks. my friend had a virus on his windows xp laptop. it was so bad it would not boot all the way. we did a windows setup repair and then we were looping forever "setup is being restarted ...." . on a working computer, I downloaded TRK / burnt the iso, booted to it and typed "fileserver -g". what that did is (smb) windows share all the drives to the network. it of course mounted all the drives even the NSFS ones with read/write. we were able to scan the computer AVG on a working computer and found all the viruses. we backed up all the data but we didn't need to becuase the computer booted all the way to the desktop this time (once all the viruses were gone). TRK has many options, but the fileserver does what I need.
